100's of large steps and crossroads to navigate, and I imagine there is not a moment when you, and those around you, are not thinking about it. I guess anyone on this journey has different issues and solutions presented, and can make different choices at each fork in the road. But also the journey is specific to you and helped by those around you, medical and loved ones, as well as unplanned good news, black swans, and blogs like these.
